How's it going, Ark?

Donnie had a rough night last night, but is better now. We expect him to go home this afternoon. I am currently watching him take a nap after his PT a little while ago. Hopefully they have his pain meds and anti-inflammation drugs figured out now. He was in terrible pain with swelling last night.

I got the barn done this morning, have haynets filled for tonight. I suspect I am more nervous about him coming home than he is.

I am very sorry about your granddaughter ‘s situation. I suspect she will end up with her dad eventually, but I hate to think of what she may go thru. Big hugs for them....

How are things going, Ark?

ELLEN:
Donnie is much better today. I am learning to be a nurse. His poor leg really hurts if it is barely touched. Changing his constriction socks took about a half hour... Getting him into and out of our truck is also a challenge. He went to his first PT out of the hospital today and seemed to do pretty good. I ran to the grocery while he was doing that. I ran all day.

The next door house is being auctioned off tomorrow. They have brought in truck loads of furniture and stuff to also auction. Our road is narrow with no shoulders for parking. People are going to be parked all over the road...but not in my yard. Nope. I suspect it is going to be a mad house.

It snowed today! No one said it would, and it didn't stick long, but it was a surprise.

Thanks everyone for all your prayers.  Pray for baby Gemma, her life is going to be one of HELL living with the heroin addicts.  Stacy is feeling the guilt of losing his granddaughter.  He lost his son Anthony years ago to his ex-wife the heroin addict and thanks to Children and Youth and here he goes again with Anthony's baby.  That organization is a nightmare and certainly not for the welfare of the little kids.

ARK:  Tell Donnie to hang in there, the pain will get better just slowly.  The auction next door is going to be a nightmare for you, people have no respect for others property.
